Important Instructions Before Uploading Excel
  • Month column must contain full month names (e.g., January, February).
  • Date, Tour Start, and Tour End columns must have valid dates. Do not enter TBD, NA, or any text.
  • Pax column must be an integer. Enter a valid number or 0 if blank.
  • Check Country and Language in the Query Main form. Only insert rows if these exist in the system.
  • Carefully review the Excel before uploading to avoid invalid data or errors.
